- Satwa Foods provides monthly subscription-based healthy meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, made from fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts, and dry fruits.
- We also provide free nutrition consultation, health tips, and monthly digital health resources.
- Services are available for individuals of all age groups including students, working professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and senior citizens.
Subscription Plans & Payment
- Subscription options: 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months.
- Payments must be made in advance to confirm subscription.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Satwa Foods is unable to deliver services.

Delivery Policy
- Meals will be delivered to the address provided at the time of subscription.
- Delivery timings may vary but will be communicated in advance.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Satwa Foods will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at delivery time.
Food Quality & Allergies
- All meals are prepared using fresh, natural, and organic ingredients.
- While utmost care is taken, Satwa Foods is not responsible for individual food allergies or medical issues. Customers must inform us of any allergies at the time of subscription.
- Meals are best consumed fresh on the day of delivery. Satwa Foods is not liable for spoilage if stored incorrectly by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must refrigerate or consume meals promptly after delivery.
- Subscription cannot be transferred or shared without prior approval.
- Customers agree not to misuse Satwa Foods’ services, branding, or content.
Pause, Cancellation & Refunds
- Customers may request to pause their subscription (due to travel/illness) with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations are permitted only before the start of a subscription cycle. Once the cycle begins, no refunds will be issued.
- In case Satwa Foods cannot provide services (due to unforeseen circumstances), a refund or adjustment will be provided.

- Satwa Foods provides nutritional guidance and healthy food options, but we are not a substitute for medical advice.
